Y-axis reaction wheel is saturated at 5,800 RPM. Desaturate the wheel using the electromagnetic brake and RCS counter-pulses.
Reaction wheels absorb external disturbance torques by accelerating internal flywheels. Once a wheel approaches its 6,000 RPM mechanical ceiling, it saturates and can no longer provide control authority in that direction. Dumping stored angular momentum requires applying an external counter-torque with RCS thrusters while commanding the wheel to brake.
Your spacecraft begins with its X-axis reaction wheel saturated near 5,800 RPM:
rw_x to decelerate the flywheel toward zero RPM.Prompt Antigravity to implement a closed-loop momentum dump routine:

Update our flight agent to solve mission T2-02 (Reaction Wheel Desaturation):
1. Monitor [ADCS_RW] wheel speeds and [IMU_ROT] angular rates.
2. Decelerate saturated reaction wheels below 500 RPM while firing RCS thrusters to cancel the momentum transfer into the spacecraft body.
3. Stabilize all body angular rates below 0.10 deg/s for 3.0 seconds.
