Detect uncommanded acceleration anomalies, protect vehicle consumables, and stabilize attitude rates.
Deep-space thrusters can suffer stuck-closed solenoid valves or manifold isolation faults. When the flight computer commands a disabled nozzle, the avionics bus rejects the actuation with an [ACT_NACK] diagnostic frame, leaving the opposing thruster in a pair unbalanced.
In this scenario, two primary RCS nozzles (fore_dorsal_pitch and aft_port_yaw) are offline at mission start:
[SYS_WARN] and [ACT_NACK] logs to identify which thruster valves are offline.Ask Antigravity to add fault detection and actuator reallocation to your flight agent:
Inspect /api/specs/hardware/rcs and /api/specs/hardware/reaction_wheels.
Adapt our flight computer to handle thruster valve faults in mission T2-03:
1. Detect disabled thrusters from [SYS_WARN] and [ACT_NACK] telemetry.
2. Reallocate attitude control across healthy RCS nozzles and reaction wheels.
3. Damp all angular rates below 0.10 deg/s and hold for 5.0 seconds.
